Our minds can often feel like a battlefield. Many individuals struggle with thoughts of guilt, shame, worthlessness, and regret, sometimes turning to unhealthy behaviors in an attempt to cope with emotional pain. Often, mental health challenges are rooted in deeply held beliefs and spiritual struggles that shape how we see ourselves and the world. During difficult times, these core beliefs can surface, leading to cycles of depression and harmful patterns.
Therapy can be a powerful ally in breaking these cycles and reclaiming control over your thoughts and well-being. My mission is to provide evidence-based mental health services—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other integrative approaches—tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, behavioral addictions, and eating disorders. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-based Christian counseling.
