Hi! I’m Kayla.
Do you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or like you’ve been carrying too much on your own for far too long? You don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and valued.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward a greater sense of balance and clarity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs—creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, process your experiences, and heal at your own pace.
Together, we’ll focus on building emotional resilience, increasing self-awareness, and helping you feel more in control of your life. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care. I am also currently completing training in EMDR and can support you through stabilization and preparation for deeper trauma work.
