I am a LMSW a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. I believe that healing begins with connection, and I work collaboratively with each person to build self-awareness, encourage growth, and support meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in helping individuals manage life stress, relationship challenges, LGBTQ+ concerns, and adolescent issues. In my work, I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with strength-based and solution-focused techniques, to help you develop practical coping skills and move toward your personal goals. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, find balance, and thrive when given the right tools and support.
